Refrigeration system :

• The refrigeration system is supplied complete with all the operation components (filter, sub-cooling heat-exchanger, liquid separator, oil separator, dismountable water-cooled condenser, service valve, refrigerant sight glass with humidity indicator, filter-dryer, solenoid valve, thermostatic expansion valve, liquid distributor, etc.) and monitoring and safety components.
• The evaporator refrigerant feeding system is operated with mechanical expansion valves. This system achieves a good control over the wide range of evaporation temperatures typical to freeze dryers.
• It is possible to achieve a temperature lower than –55ºC in the shelves and lower than –70ºC in the ice condenser.

• The control software has at least three level password available, secure data logging, audit trial recording user actions and changes to process, electronic signature, etc.

• Theycles will be settable by the user. The details of the parameters that will be settable are given separately. freeze-dryer control software allows for the following cycles in both automatic and manual mode. The recipes and ramps and soaks for lyophilization cycle are basically upon the user’s request. The parameters for all these c
